Application Instructions for DTF transfers...DTF transfers MUST be applied with a heat press. A home iron will NOT work.
Your heat press should be at medium to firm pressure. For cotton and 50/50 blends 320-340F depending on your heat press. Prepress your fabric for 2-3 seconds. Then press transfer to fabric for 12-15 seconds. For synthetic or polyester fabrics 275-300F degrees. Prepress your fabric for 2-3 seconds. Then press transfer to fabric for 7-10 seconds medium pressure.
Prior to heat pressing, hover the heat press over the transfer INK SIDE UP as close as possible to the transfer for 30-60 seconds. This process will remove moisture from the transfer. The moisture in the ink builds up during the mailing process.
* Place your transfer down with the image facing you.
* Prepress your fabric
* Use medium to firm pressure to press the transfer for the desired time frame
* Remove the garment from the press and let it stand until its warm enough to peel (this is for DTF COLD Peel film)
* Repress (second press) for 5-10 seconds
